Despite the best intentions, circumstances may arise that give rise to a complaint. Bureau Veritas works for a fast and impartial handling of complaints as a fundamental part of the relationship of trust with our customers. We see customer complaints as an invaluable help to continue to improve our business at all levels.
A complaint can be submitted in writing or orally to all employees of Bureau Veritas and we work to be able to get back to you quickly with an answer. Our internal rules ensure that the handling of the complaint has been reviewed and approved by one or more persons who have not previously been involved in the process.
If we can not resolve the matter within a reasonable time, we will set up a project to handle the process. You will then be kept informed of the project's status from start to finish.
