INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE A PLANNED FSC-AUDIT.
As things stand right now, we will continue to perform scheduled audits with our customers.
We would like to urge you to inform us about the business situation and any changes that may affect planned / upcoming audits.
We strive to conduct the on-site audit as planned. If there should be any change that will change the conditions for performing your audit on-site, we will consider the possibility of performing the audit remote ie off-site everything according to the directives issued by FSC International.
FSC International has developed criteria that must be met in order for us to approve and conduct a remote audit. In order to be able to assess whether the audit can be performed remotely, the current auditor will fill out a risk assessment questionnaire regarding the current audit and your business. The audit will then be performed as planned on the audit date via, for example, skype, teams or other relevant program.
We would like to emphasize that we do not send any auditors to our clients who have been in one of the authorities identified high-risk areas recently and / or who have some kind of cold / flu-like virus symptoms or who know they have been in contact with someone who is ill.
We have very strict guidelines and we update these continuously. We have ongoing contact with our auditors who are required to inform and update us on the situation and their situation / status.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any question!
