ISO 50001

Corporate energy consumption is increasing. At the same time, prices for purchased energy are also increasing, an equation that only gives one answer - more costs for you as a company. In Sweden, we consume more electricity than most other countries. Almost 25% of the energy we consume is electricity. Our electricity consumption is almost two and a half times higher than the EU average, and three to four times as high as in Greece, Portugal, Italy and Spain. Many companies today, through an environmental management system, have an increased focus on energy by developing environmental goals with a focus on energy consumption. This now makes it possible to develop one step further by introducing and certifying a focused Energy Management System (ELS).
